the next welsh karate governing body ( W,K,G,B ) squad session is sunday november 29th at the welsh insitute of sport , sophia gardens , cardiff 10 - 12 for juniors 12 - 2 seniors £5 to train , and you must take your valid license with you and you must also be a minimum grade of 5th kyu (purple belt) if you would like to attend see your sensei first , |
